How Fast Do You Work?

Paid solutions are highest priority and are usually delivered the same day.

Relax, Your first 15 minutes are free, and I give you a quote for the remainder. So you don’t need to worry about how much I will accomplish for your payment. You will know in advance. Very rarely do I deliver solutions after my quoted deadline.

Why Do You Offer 15 Minutes Free?

When I was in college, I needed a tutor in calculus and computer sciences. My tutor was very patient and he cared about my future. He developed my confidence such that upon his graduation, I became a tutor. After the navy, I resumed tutoring. I care about your progress, and I contribute a small but hopefully useful piece of knowledge to everyone. It’s a way of giving back, because I was given so much.

Do You Share Email Addresses?

Absolutely NO! I have never shared an email address to any other party or entity. I do not use bulk mailings (spam). I do not intend to start.

When will I get my solutions?

Right Away!

Priority to customers with:

credit balances ( I owe you solutions)
payment histories (you paid reliably in the past)
immediate payments (using your paypay account, credit card or money wire)

Within 1 to 24 hours…

For the majority of work submitted.

May include 15 minutes free solutions, except high volume times.

Over 24 hours…..

During high volume times (midterms and finals)
For large volume project requests, I’ll usually send partial solutions in intervals.
Step-by-Step Sample Solutions

I Did Not Get My 15 Minutes Free Solutions:

Ensure you can receive email from your email address provided.
Check your email address used to send your problems. Yes, some students send problems using their college .edu address but look for solutions using another address.

Check your junk mail box and junk mail filter settings.

A small percent of requests are not honored -deadlines too close, you did not send the question, unclear objectives,

I’m too busy… I reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason.

What Should I Submit?

All problems requiring solutions (You get the first 15 minutes free and a quote for the remainder)

Accurate professor deadline (Eastern Standard Time EST) for the problems (work is declined if I cannot accomplish the work within your deadline)

(PREFERRED) (1) Partial or final solutions.You may have the final answer, but you want to see the detailed process.(2) Helpful course notes, resource links online or able to be scanned and emailed. For example, class lectures, notes, formulas and examples.

Note: Referencing specific textbook questions or chapter numbers are not useful. I don’t have your book. Please provide a web link or legibly scanned problems to me.

How Do I Receive Solutions?

(1) Click on your SUBJECT  from the Top or Side menus for relevant topic information.

(2) Use the CONTACT PAGE for email address, cellular phone and fax number contact information.

(3) Email or fax your questions to me. Please attach your questions along with any known answers with your first email sent. (Example: You may have a final answer and you need help with the steps) Absolutely include your return email address on your faxes to receive your solutions.

You will receive scanned solutions in a graphic or pdf file format, generally.

 

How Do I Pay?

After your 15 minutes free solutions from your first submission, A price quote will be given for remaining questions.  For your online comfort and security, only the paypal system handles your credit card data and is NOT accessed by Homework-Help.US.

For high-priority solutions now:

I’ll send you a “paypal money request”  to your email address . Payments are made securely online using your PayPal account or any major credit card.

(I am a Verified Premier Member of PayPal.)

Payment required before releasing solutions. Your first 15 minutes free MAY be waived for faster solutions.

If you are not rushed:
